The Worlds Fastest Lyricist

The Fastest Rapper in Colorado Contest will take Place on Friday July 20th at the Roxy Theater in Denver for 1st place and CO's Fastest Rapper. The battle for 2nd & 3rd place will take place the next night sat july 21st in Colo Springs at Union Station! 1st, 2nd & 3rd place will all win cash prizes so read through these rules, directions and info carefully.

To enter the battle there is a $25 entry fee. 1st Place wins $250 cash plus extra cash from our Raffle that night, one exclusive beat from www.Mebeats.com, one beat from DeJangles, also some gifts from our Hydroponic sponsor and the title of being Colorado's fastest Rapper!

The battle for runner up: 2nd & 3rd place will go down the next day Sat july 21st in Colorado Springs at Union Station. So first place will be decided in Denver on Fri July 20th. And 2nd & 3rd place will be decided the next day sat july 21st in Colorado Springs!

2nd place receives $100 & beat from Dejangles, & 3rd place gets $50.

This Contest will be streamed live and filmed and released on youtube for bonus exposure for all artist involved.

Rules & How the battle will take place:

This battle will be Judged by: D-Loc The Gill God aka The Fastest Rapper, Liquid Assassin, Troll, & Me Black P.

We will be judging on Speed, Articulation, accuracy, flow patterns, presence on the mic and crowd reaction.

There will be 16 to 32 Contestants in this battle.

You will be on the stage with 3 to 4 contestants at a time. you will be lined up and 1 mic will be passed from right to left for each individuals turn for the battles face off.

Round #1 of elimination: Bring your own beat or track. You will rap your fastest to your own beat or song for 45 seconds. Where the Judges will take notes and score each rapper then making a decision eliminating 3 out of the 4 on stage so only 1 person from that battle moves to the next round.

Round # 2 of elimination: Same format as round #1 but this time you get to rap your fastest for 30 seconds over a beat or track you choose to bring and a 30 seconds Acapella.

Round # 3 of elimination: Same format as round 1 & 2, but this time the last men standing will go head to head 1 minute each only Acapella. Also be ready for a 30 second sudden death round if there is a tie.
