Between The Cities Are Stars is a project that Kyle and Heather began after a move from their hometown of Fresno California to the Bay Area. With a joint love and interest for music, the need for a new experiment and sound was fuel for new ground. With influences ranging from psychedelic rock, noise, space punk rock, and layers of fuzz stacked upon bass and drums their music finds ways to make you move, groove, and space out. Most recently the band has put out a few ep's a limited full length cassette, and have been on numerous compilations with Stellarium, Astrobrite, Ceremony, Ringo Deathstarr and more. Currently BETWEEN THE CITIES ARE STARS have been recording new music, playing up and down California as well as at this years SXSW festival.
