Ray Wylie Hubbard (born 13 November 1946 in Soper, Oklahoma, moved to Dallas, Texas, USA in 1954) is an American country music singer and songwriter. An active performer since 1965, his song "Up Against the Wall, Redneck Mother" was made famous by Jerry Jeff Walker in 1973. A near constant presence on the Texas Music Chart since its inception as a songwriter, producer, singer, guitar player and artist, Wilkins spent a solid decade in the Nashville Country Music business trenches, writing songs he wanted to be recorded by artists he admired. There are indeed some noteworthy cuts: "Seven Hillsides," by Ricky Skaggs, on a record that won a bluegrass-gospel Grammy. "I didn'teven know there was a genre called 'bluegrass gospel," Wilkins laughs, "but I loved his recording of the song, and my grandmother would have loved the connection to a gospel Grammy.

This past year has been a testament to the long-held assertion that Susan Gibson is a road warrior in the truest sense in addition to being a dedicated singer, songwriter, and performing musician. The CMA award-winning songwriter (the Dixie Chicks took the Gibson-penned “Wide Open Spaces” to the top for four weeks) has been hitting the road consistently over the past 14 years, touring nationally in support of her own brand of Texas-Americana-folk music.

Josh Grider knows two things, he loves writing songs, and he loves playing them for people. Across the great southwest, Texas, and beyond, Josh has been delivering the goods non-stop since the release of his first album in 2005. Seven years, four full-length albums, and two EPs later, Josh is still going strong with no signs of slowing down. While touring in support of his Live At Billy Bob’s Texas album, Josh found himself on a radio show with Wade Bowen. After the show, Wade offered to introduce Josh to his management team.

I write songs for a living, and have been doing so since 2004. I have three favorite guitars, one being a 1964 Gibson Country and Western, which (with the help of a fine luthier) I was able to return to a playable condition after finding it in a state of total disrepair. I love the way it sounds, and I think it likes having me around as well. My second guitar is a 2002 Morgan Rosewood Dreadnaught that found me before I could find it.
