Yoga sessions provide both preparation for and rejuvenation and nourishment after downhill snow sport activity. Josh uses his 20+ years of skiing and snow instructing experience to relate yoga postures to modern ski technique both on and off the snow. If you’ve never skied or boarded before, join us for yoga sessions and meals and learn the basics with a Yellowbird/board lesson. Josh and Monica have been exploring the snow and yoga together since 2006 and bring their passion for snow and yoga together in this one day experience.
