Sol Luna Solar is proud to host a Renewable Taos Lecture Series event at KTAOS Solar Center.

Renewable Taos (http://www.renewabletaos.org) is a leading advocate for energy efficiency and renewable energy with an emphasis on local ownership, build community partnerships to facilitate the transition to renewables, and propose and support projects. In addition Renewable Taos works closely with other organizations, individuals and businesses to promote change in the political climate both locally and nationally, facilitating the transition to renewable energy and energy efficiency.

The event will highlight discussions by Luis Reyes of Kit Carson Electric Cooperative and Renewable Energy consultant, William Brown. The discussion will be moderated by Roberta Salazar, Executive Director of Rivers and Birds.

Guest speaker Nichole Koontz of Canadian Solar will also discuss the future of Solar and the Bankability of Canadian Solar. This event is FREE to the public and will feature hors d’voeuvrs by Chef Scott Downs and beer and wine by Blue Heron Brewery and La Chiripada Winery. Guests will be asked to show their I.D. for alcoholic beverages. Space for the event is limited.
