REMOTE PLAYERS CLUB is a rock group comprised of drummer Mike Najarian and guitarist Chuck fay. Once bandmates in Boston, MA based State Radio, the two dudes set forth in early 2015 to further explore the outer boundaries of collaborative creation in absentia. The seed for the project was cast in 2013, when an impromptu recording session in Quincy, MA laid the percussive groundwork for future tracks 'Get A Grip' and 'Upside Up'. After much middling about in binary storage, Chuck slowly began to shape the tracks in his Southern Nevada Sky Island studio. He also sent new coherent sketches back to Mike in Boston for him to record more drum tracks Chuck put together coherent sketches of a few new songs (and finished mixing a few older tracks) in Nevada. For the new tracks he sent a sketch to Mike in Boston, where Mike recorded a performance and sent back. Chuck then mixed, overdubed, and did voodoo things like bleed chickens out on his keyboards and poke little dolls with old rusty bass strings. The tracks have come together pretty well, so they decided to release them in July of 2015 and perform them live (with Christian Spach on bass) by utilizing their long built up stage presence, touring experience, and musical rapport to put on one hell of a show.

KRIS RODGERS & THE DIRTY GEMS Kris Rodgers was a founding member of the Maine based rock band, Highway Jackson and had local success with rotation radio play with the single, “Hold it Down,” off their second album, The Dirty Bar Campaign. In 2010 Kris joined the Kurt Baker Band and started his own solo project, Kris Rodgers and The Dirty Gems. His music has been featured in major Hollywood movie productions; he tours internationally with the Kurt Baker Band and also plays locally every week. In the Spring of 2012 he joined the award winning Don Campbell Band. He plays at dueling piano/piano bars in the greater Boston area, as well as with cover bands Vinyl Tap and Dirty Vega throughout New England.

In 2010, Kris released "Kris Rodgers & The Dirty Gems", a 60's piano pop throwback album. In 2014 he released "Whiskey & Soda", an acoustic piano album, and will release "Headlines", a rock n roll record with The Dirty Gems this summer.

His music has been described as "...sounds a little like the sort of stuff a twenty something Billy Joel might write if he weren't trying to please everyone all of the time." - Portland Phoenix
