JGE Productions with The Kelsey Theater is proud to present Rockliscious Battle of the Bands showcasing 4 fan-favorite, female-fronted bands that will compete for $1500 in cash prizes. Get ready for an amazing night of rock music with some very talented up and comers. Take a load of this lineup:

Yardij

This female-fronted band from South Florida is bringing a new sound to alternative rock. Deja Elyze (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Anthony Vilarino (lead guitar/ vocals) Nick Fernandez (guitar/keys/vocals), Alex Athanasaw (bass), and Jordan Solomon (Drums) make up this 5-piece indie outfit. Deja Elyze's signature vocals with the band's high energy performances and rhythmic grooves have garnered much recognition, even in their early years as a band. They’ve recently released their third EP Face Value.

Expressway to the Stars

Expressway to the Stars is a South Florida-based band comprised of five young members between the ages of 11 and 15: Ethan on Drums, Madison on Lead Vocals, Zack on Guitar/Vocals, Carmen on Keys/Vocals/Guitar, and Samuel on Bass/Vocals. Like a constellation in the sky, each member of the band lends his or her own unique personality and talents to a harmonious creation that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Exigent

Exigent is a young 4 pierce rock / pop band based in South Florida featuring the vocals of Cassie Ortiz, Jessica Elalouf on bass/vocals, Jacob Elalouf on lead guitar and Steven Salguero on drums. Although new as a group, they’ve quickly gained momentum in the local music scene.

Sunset Rising

Sunset Rising is a South Florida based rock band that delves into several different genres throughout their original set. The musical tastes of each member have congregated into truly unique songs that you can't hear anywhere else. The band is comprised of vocalist Danielle Sinatra, guitarists Nick Corcillo and Jackson McKenna, bassist Raphael Robles and drummer Jonathan Hammond.

$15 tickets, $20 day of show (plus taxes and fees). Standing room only, All ages, doors at 7 PM show at 8 PM, bar with ID.
