On the heels of Madrid en MADrid, this spectacular troupe of talent is back by popular demand for another AMAZING show.


Directly from Sevilla, Spain, the legendary Flamenco dancer CARMEN LEDESMA is a master teacher and performer of pure gypsy-style Flamenco. Her remarkable debut as a performer began in 1960 when she was four years old. During the course of her illustrious career, she has worked in the companies of Spain's most influential dancers and choreographers. Now she takes center stage, in the heart of Madrid, New Mexico, with a line up of talent you don't want to miss:

1st Course- Sweet corn tamal in plaintain leaves and Tomatilla salsa-
2d Course- Guatemalan Enchilada- crispy totopo with smashed black beans, wagyu beef, roasted beets and queso duro
3rd course - Gambas Al Ajillo with shaved chorizo
4th Course- Argentinian Steak with chimchurri and roasted Peruvian potatoes
5th Course- Assorted chocolate truffles and coconut custard
