Roots Revival is an original Rainbow Studio Theater cabaret production featuring an all-star cast of vocalists, dancers and performing artists who will chronicle the contributions of notable African Americans in word, movement and song. The "revival" will be simultaneously uplifting, poignant, laugh out loud funny and educational.
Roots Revival is directed by Rainbow Studio Theater co-founders Cathryn McGill and Regina Dawley. The production is sponsored in part by the 2012 Black History Month Organizing Committee, PNM and the Bank of Albuquerque.
