Featured as an artist-at-large multiple times at High Sierra Music Festival, before reaching adulthood, now 21 year old Maxwell Friedman is truly the future of modern keyboard wizardry. Having already appeared onstage numerous times with legendary artists like George Porter Jr., The Greyboy Allstars, Garage a Trois, Lonnie Smith, The New Mastersounds, Skerik, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, The Werks, ALO, TAUK and more, The Maxwell Friedman Group has done West Coast tour supports for The New Mastersounds, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe and The Greyboy Allstars. After getting a full ride to Columbia University and spending his college years in New York City, Maxwell has returned to his West Coast Funk roots to revive Maxwell Friedman Group and hit the road again. This MFG lineup features guitarist "Brother Gabe" Johnson (Watkins Glen) as well as bassist Ian Taylor and drummer Thatcher Norton, both of which tour history with Humboldt favorites Object Heavy.
