The band has been steadily growing across the region, sharing stages with artists like Andy Frasco and the U.N., Spafford, The Magic Beans, Yam Yam, Chirp, Big Shrimp, Thank You Scientist, Shira Elias, Michael Angelo Carubba, JWAIL Live Band featuring Natalie Cressman from Trey Anastasio Band, Kito B. from Particle, Scott Hannay, Underground Springhouse, Seven Teller, and Good Trees River Band.
 
In 2023, Tsavo Highway earned Best New Band and Best Vocalist in the All WNY Awards, shining a bigger spotlight on what they were building. Since then, they’ve taken/continue to travel on tours that stretch through Buffalo, Ithaca, Rochester, Syracuse, Sherman, Geneva, Jamestown, Elmira, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Brooklyn, and New York City.
