Will-call tickets

You will not receive paper tickets! Hold My Ticket will-call tickets operate by placing your name on the venue's will-call list. You may enter the show when the doors open on the day of the event. Please bring a valid photo ID for entry and have your party arrive together. You will not need to bring a print-out of the confirmation email! Only the individual named on the ticket order may pick up the tickets. If you need to change the will-call name, please email us at help@holdmyticket.com and we will change it for you. (We must receive will-call name requests at least 24 hours before the show to guarantee that we can change it! We will do our best to make day-of-show will-call name changes.)

 

Cancelations and Refunds

We regret when any show is canceled but these things happen from time to time. When an event is canceled, we will automatically notify all Hold My Ticket ticket holders and issue timely refunds for the face value of the event. Please allow at least 3-4 business days for funds to appear back on your card! (This lag is due to the credit card companies and we have no control over how long it takes for funds to re-appear on your card.) In the event of a refund, we also refund any associated "venue" fees. The Hold My Ticket service charge is non-refundable due to every time a transaction is processed online (including a refund transaction), we are charged credit card transaction service fees which are non-refundable to us. Lowering ticket fees is a high priority for us and we always try our best keep service fees much lower than other ticket providers!

All purchases are subject to credit card approval. All sales are final. In the event of any changes or postponements, you will be contacted by email. In the event of a cancellation, you will be automatically refunded.
