Dr. Beverlee J. McClure will present her leadership formula for staying focused and motivated, even in the face of adversity. The presentation is interactive and participants will work through the formula in a fun and engaging way. Dr. McClure will also share her personal story, including being the recent victim of fake news stories created by a cyber stalker. She encourages you to google and to see the stories as it will help put into context where she is on her leadership journey.

Agenda:

8:30am - Introductions

8:45-9:30am - Beverlee McClure Presentation

9:30-10:00am - Networking and one-on-one mentorship opportunities with local young ladies. Stick around after our presentation to network and to offer advice to some local young ladies. Many of our young ladies here locally rarely have opportunities to see Women in Business and in STEM career fields specifically. They often lack the role models in their everyday lives and don't get the chance to see women in professional careers, leading discussions or simply exuding confidence in everyday life. Imagine the impact on these young ladies to join our event and see a room full of confident and successful business women.

Please join us for a fantastic presentation and stay and be a example to these young ladies. Your presence alone will make an impact!

When Purchasing Tickets:

  • If you are interested in providing a  "Mentor Moment" for the young ladies in attendance please plan to stay after.
  • If you would like to sponsor a young lady to attend, please *also* purchase a sponsor ticket.
  • Students/Mentees who would like to attend - please select the free "Student/Mentee" option
