This year, ¡Cine Magnífico! will be hosted from Wednesday, September 5th through Sunday, September 9th. This year’s confirmed showcase films from Spain, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Perú, Guatemala, New Mexico and the US.

Thursday, September 6th at the Kimo Theatre our short-film showcase will feature local New Mexican works. 

We have selected a lineup of films which perfectly illustrate enriching points of view about emerging issues and topics that shape the current Hispanic-Latino cultures and landscapes. In line with the films’ aesthetics, the chosen locations to host this years’ screenings are the National Hispanic Cultural Center, UNM SUB Theater and the Guild Cinema.
