The Israeli Trio, lead by percussionist extraordinaire Yogev Shetrit, performs a highly entertaining program that explores the Jewish roots and middle-eastern folkloric influences in their modern sound. The exploration of traditional rhythms and musical concepts in a modern Jazz Trio setting is at the core of the Trio's most recent album entiteled "New Path".
