She grew up in Texas, Hawaii, and California before living and working in New York and Los Angeles, and when ready to choose a home base Austin was the obvious choice. Not only is Jocelyn a tenth generation Texan and a Daughter of the Republic, but she's driven to create songs, stories and projects that "challenge the mind, not dumb it down."
