Singer/songwriter Frank Gilligan formed Mason Dixon, which had nine #1 records on the Independent Country Music Charts and had 13 songs on the Billboard Charts in the 80's. After a health scare Frank returned to songwriting a couple of years ago and won the Kerrville New Folk Songwriter Award as well as The Wildflower Art's and Music Festival Award.
