"Vulveeta" Feature Film Live Concert Filming

About the film: “Internally washed” lead singer Grrrilda Beausoleil’s turning 50, and all she wants is a reunion with her riot grrrl band—the one she abandoned 20 years ago. Can they get it together to play a big reconciliation show? Completely improvised, this "mockumentary" explores the nature of trust, the strengths (and weaknesses) of community, social and cultural changes in San Francisco since the first dot-com boom, aging as an artist, and what it means to keep pursuing a dream, against all odds.

Live performances:

Side Pony  is a rock group inspired by queercore punk, Dolly Parton, 80s power ballads, and too many Virgo singer/songwriters to count. We also love cheap beer, liberation/social justice movements, and being total homos.

Moon Palace Twin sisters Cat and Carrie Biell weave vocal melodies throughout songs inspired by vast landscapes and the invisible forces that connect us.
