This demonstration will offer understanding of Mexican food, its components and how to successfully combine ingredients and spices.  We will discuss common ingredients and introduce surprising ones, as well as understand the difference between salsa and pico de gallo.  Recipes will include house-made crema, taco seasoning from scratch and roasted vegetable tacos. Participants will be able to make and taste test.  Come hungry and leave satisfied!
