An original SNL writer whom The New York Times says has  “earned a place in the pantheon of American pop culture,” Alan is a five-time Emmy Award and Tony Award-winning comedy writer, author, playwright, and screenwriter, who has also been honored with awards from the Writers Guild of America and the Television Critics Association, and many more.
