In The Variant is a rock/funk/metal band based in Denver Colorado. The band is currently made up of original members Jason Deliganis (Drums and percussion), Josh Goldstein (Lead Guitar), Josh Somers (Bass and Analog Synth) and newer members Chris De Luna (Vocals and Rhythm Guitar) and FairPlay (Electronic Synth and Percussion). Their sound represents influences from bands like Primus, Tool, Mr Bungle and Anthrax with tastes of modern hip hop rhythms and industrial metal. ITV has been playing shows since 2014 with notable performances in Denver and at SXSW in 2016. Since the pandemic lockdown in early 2021 they have been working on new material and expanding their soundscape. ITV is excited to be back in front of a live audience at the Oriental Theater in May 2021.
