EACH TICKET IS FOR AN ALLOTED TIMED TWO-HOUR SESSION. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SESSION. WE WILL BE ASKING GUESTS TO VACATE BETWEEN SESSIONS IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT COVID SAFE PRACTICES. TICKETS ARE LIMITED AND EVENT MAY SELL OUT.

Please note that, due to travel constraints and disruption, artists may need to change the dates of their attendance and IFAM is unable to guarantee individual participation dates.

HEALTH & SAFETY

IFAM has adjusted its schedule and operations to accommodate COVID-safe practices. IFAM will strictly follow State of New Mexico public health orders. The health and safety of our guests has always been and will continue to be a top priority. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies will be broadly available.

When you purchase tickets, you agree to adhere to the following regulations:

·         All visitors are required to wear a mask when entering market boundaries as well as for the duration of their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.

·         Guests over the age of 5 are required to wear masks to enter and in high traffic areas outside.

·         IFAM will also be a cashless event.

·         Please do not gather inside the Market Boundaries and maintain social distancing at all times.

·         At the end of your 2 hour time slot, you will be asked to vacate the Market boundaries to allow for regular cleaning within the booths.

·         Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns and knives, are prohibited at all times during this private event for artists, attendees, volunteers, and staff.

·         Bag checks will be conducted by private security, and security will be on-hand to address public safety and security as well as asset protection.

·         There is no coat check. Backpacks, large bags or any items bigger than a handbag or laptop bag are not permitted at the Market. Shopping bags will be provided.

·         Dogs and other pets are not permitted within Market boundaries, with the exception of certified service animals for visitors with disabilities.

·         Please note that press and promotional photography and filming may be taking place on the premises. Your attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes (including media reports).

·         Food and beverages, with the exception of water, are prohibited within Market boundaries.

·         Children under age 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.

IFAM is New Mexico Safe Certified for retail and event activities. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.

COVID19 WARNING

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

As Market dates approach, we will provide our community with pertinent information on festival preparedness, including what may be required beyond a ticket to enter Market Boundaries. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinance, regulations, and the rules of the event organizers when attending the event.

IFAM PAYMENT AND ART VALET

The 2021 Market will be cashless as part of our COVID safe practices. Checks will be accepted. Purchases will be made directly near the booth, and the buyer will be able to collect the purchases immediately. Art Valet stations will be provided for large, bulky, or delicate items, and wrapping materials for delicate items will be provided.

THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEED ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE
