In order to comply with capacity restrictions required by the Public Health Order everyone entering for the attractions must have a pre-purchased ticket for that date and time.

The initial 15 minutes added to your ticket is for the check in process. Each guest must show their ticket/QR Code during check-in to verify their ticket. All purchases are final. For the safety of our guests and employees, some attractions may close during inclement weather until conditions permit safe operation.  No refunds will be issued at any time for any reason. Guests will be escorted out of the facility at the end of their scheduled time. Your play time is valid only for the specific time slot purchased.

For a guest to participant in any of the attractions they must meet the following attraction requirements: Lazer Tag – Participants must be big enough to carry a 4-pound vest. XD Dark Ride - Participants must be 36" or taller and have loose items secured. Bumper Cars - Participants must be 44" tall to drive. Maximum weight is 275 pounds.
