We are sorry to report that due to positive COVID tests, Chris Isaak will not be able to perform on the July 3 show in Taos. Lyle Lovett and His Large Band are still heading our way and are going to double down on their performance. So instead of 75-minute sets from Lyle & Chris, Lyle and the Large Band will deliver a 2+ hour concert of hits and songs from their cool new album (which is named for the birth date of Lyle’s 5-year-old twins).

And don’t forget, this is a holiday getaway weekend in Taos, so there is also a free 4th of concert in the park with Elle King and Lainey Wilson

Chris and the band are disappointed they won’t be able to perform in Taos this weekend and are sorry about any inconvenience and disappointment.

We wish Chris and his band a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you in Taos tomorrow. If you have any questions or issues, you can contact us at TaosConcertInfo@ampconcerts.org or Hold My Ticket at 505-886-1251.

See you in Taos!

A singer, composer and actor, Lyle Lovett has broadened the definition of American music. Coupled with his gift for storytelling, the Texas-based musician fuses elements of country, swing, jazz, folk, gospel and blues in a convention-defying manner that breaks down barriers.

Whether touring as a Duo or with his Acoustic Group or his Large Band, Lovett's live performances show not only the breadth of this Texas legend's deep talents, but also the diversity of his influences, making him one of the most compelling and captivating musicians in popular music.

Since his self-titled debut in 1986, Lyle Lovett has evolved into one of music's most vibrant and iconic performers. Among his many accolades, besides the four Grammy Awards, he was given the Americana Music Association's inaugural Trailblazer Award, and was named Texas State Musician. His works, rich and eclectic, are some of the most beloved of any artist working today.
