AMP is excited to collaborate with FUSION in launching an exciting new downtown performance space on the FUSION arts campus! Albuquerque Summer Scene will take over this space every Sunday from June 19 to August 28. Join us for a market featuring your favorite local artists, makers, and vintage vendors! Food trucks and Tractor Brewing Company have you covered for dinner and drinks, with live music starting at 5 PM. Each evening will feature two music groups and promises to be a big party! Come ready to dance, and feel free to bring lawn chairs if you want to relax too. Many weekends will feature morning or afternoon theater, dance and music programs, so check each event to see what's in the works!

Coming onstage with hilarious, real-life characters that are both outlandish and lovable, The Gluey Brothers are not blood brothers, but rather are glued together in a tight bond on a magical level that allows for humor to flit between them in a super-fluid manner. M.C. Tahina and King Hummus, the twisted leaders of the group, became tight friends at Walter Reed Junior High School in Studio City, CA, where they first performed together in the jazz band. It wasn't until 1989 in North Hollywood, at a Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant serving falafels, that their intriguing and endearing personal names were born and they became the Gluey Brothers.
Unfortunately, Big Daddy has come down with COVID! Tony O has rallied the troupes and is bringing the funk lobbying group Merican Jimmy and the TonyO Delegation to kick off the show. We're all ready for unexpected surprises on this one!
