Halloween Enrichment Making Night

Ever wondered how we make sure our animals are happy, healthy and engaged?  One of the main methods to improve animal welfare is to introduce enrichment!  Enrichment includes introducing them to new items that encourage their natural behaviors.

Join us for a night of family fun to make festive displays, toys, and props to help us bring a little Halloween spirit to the animals in the BioPark!

Do you have what it takes to design the best tiger scratching post? Or build a one-of-a-kind armadillo puzzle?

We will  design and create enrichment items for Zoo animals, test out your creations with some of our ambassador animals, and compete to see whose designs will be voted best by animal care staff.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
