Meet Your Chef: Pedro Martinez
For over a decade Chef Pedro was living winters in Park City, Utah, as a personal chef for professional athletes, actors & VIP clients at their private estates. Once spring rolled around, his time was spent in a tent in the wilderness of the western U.S. catering for wildland fire fighters. As a student of the arts, Pedro traveled the globe absorbing & honing in his techniques further growing his passion for food.
Yearning for his roots, Pedro returned to Idaho to create a home & share the knowledge gained from his odyssey. Pedro created Idaho Provisions, a Personal chef for hire business, & Snake River Creamery a local artisanal ice cream business. Pedro supplies his businesses with fresh fruit, honey & produce from his organic micro farm in south Boise, and he is looking forward to teaching you how to Cook with local whiskies from Grand Teton Distillery, when you are at home as well!
