Quiero Flamenco is honored to present an amazing lineup of guest artists in its next production, Tablao Flamenco Spokane. Joining Quiero Flamenco January 11th will be Jose Moreno, Jed Miley, Amelia Moore and Daniel Azcarate. Tablao Flamenco is a powerful experience where dancers and musicians come together for an evening of Flamenco magic. Highlighting the improvisational communication between dancers and musicians in the ever changing art of Flamenco, each Tablao show is a unique and never to be repeated experience.

Jose Moreno is a master of flamenco dance, cante, percussion and guitar. He was born into the famous Flamenco family of Estrella Morena and Pepe de Malage. He has studied with all the greatest Flamencos in Spain and has performed with many of the most prestigious organizations and at the most prestigious venues in this country and Spain including Carnegie Hall, The Metropolitan Opera in New York, the Kennedy Center, the Washington National Opera, Canal Sur and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

Jed Miley is a Flamenco guitarist, composer, producer and teacher based in Seattle. Jed has performed in New York where he worked professionally for several years, playing at prestigious venues and tablaos. Jed was a touring member of Vivo Carlota Santana and has studied extensively in Seville, Spain. In addition to playing traditional Flamenco, Jed is known for stretching harmonic and melodic structures with his Flamenco fusion projects and collaborates with artists such as Alfonso Cid, Elena Andujar, Miguel Vargas, and Sara Erde

Daniel Azcarate is a powerhouse singer and guitarist who has been living and breathing Flamenco since 2007.  His dedication to Flamenco led him to study and perform Flamenco in Sevilla and Japan for many years. His natural talent, musical ear and insatiable passion for Flamenco has led him to be considered as one of the best up and coming Flamenco singers in the United States

Amelia Moore is a Flamenco artist and her credits include performing in Arizona Theater Company’s reimagined musical Man of La Mancha in their 2017-2018 season to popular acclaim, receiving a MAC award nomination for her role in the play.  In a more traditional vein, she has a shared the stage with artists such as Luis de La Tota (percussion), Israel Heredia (guitar), Jesus Montoya (vocals), Ricardo Garcia (guitar), and Jose Moreno (dance, percussion, vocals). She studies intensively with the world’s top Flamenco artists and this year was honored to perform as a soloist with the legendary Flamenco guitarist Antonio Rey.
