World Music Development is thrilled to announce the return of the Elevation Music Festival, set to captivate audiences on August 16 and 17, 2024, in the picturesque town of Alma, Colorado. This eagerly anticipated 2-day boutique micro-festival promises to deliver an unforgettable experience, featuring a diverse lineup of musicians spanning various genres, including jam, rock, electronic, funk, reggae, bluegrass, and more.

Building on the resounding success of previous editions, the 2024 Elevation Music Festival aims to once again elevate the local and regional music scene while making a profound impact on the community. The festival’s mission goes beyond the love of music; it’s about harnessing the power of music to inspire positive change.

A Festival with a Purpose

At the heart of the Elevation Music Festival is a commitment to making a difference in Summit County, Park County, and surrounding area. This year, WMD is in the process of selecting a nonprofit beneficiary that will receive a significant portion of the festival’s proceeds. This partnership is a testament to our dedication to using music as a catalyst for positive change.

Past beneficiaries have included organizations dedicated to education, arts, culture, environmental conservation, and community development. Through our Play for a Cause program, we’ve supported local nonprofits in their fundraising efforts, showcasing the unity and generosity of our community.

The Elevation Music Festival returns to the highest incorporated town in North America at 10,578 feet above sea level, providing attendees with not only top-tier music but also one of the most breathtaking backdrops in the world. The stunning mountain vistas and fresh alpine air create an immersive experience that’s as much about natural beauty as it is about the music.

Festival Rules

• All minors must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over.
• This is a NO PETS event. Sorry Fido.
• While personal food & beverages are welcome at your campsite please support the vendors during the concerts. NO GLASS please. 
• This event is a rain or shine event and happening in the highest town in North America, so be prepared for any kind of weather. Yes, it can snow in August. You know, we're in the Rockies. Make sure you have that extra pair of gloves.
• All sales are final.

Camping Rules:

• Camping is first come, first served.
• Limited to 6 people per camp site. 
• When you arrive in Alma, there will be signs that direct you to the designated camping areas.
• You may set your camp Friday at 10am and exit by Sunday afternoon prior to 4:00 PM.
• Please conserve space for your fellow neighbor campers.
• Port-a-lets will be provided for the campers.
• Clean up your campsite prior to your departure.
• Keep your personal food & beverages at your campsite. NO GLASS please.
• Have a great time, enjoy the music & support our vendors.
