Austin Baird's Bio:

Austin Baird, or “Birdie” as followers know him, is excited to bring his mixology knowledge to the Sip Idaho Boise 2024 event. Birdie has managed bars and restaurants for over a decade, while also consulting and creating cocktail recipes, lists, and programs. His passion and creativity can be viewed by following his showcase account @libation_education on Instagram where you will find educational cocktail videos and photos with their primary focus on making a better cocktail and one more suitable to your preference. Austin is excited to share his cocktail background and knowledge with you, as well as showcase the fun products of Unicorn Vodka & Tequila, which has just launched in Idaho.
