Haunted Happy Hour

Want to learn more about misunderstood sea creatures? Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume for a night of creepy, spooky, and scary fun! After the aquarium closes for the day, we're opening the doors for guests 21 and over to dress up and discover the secrets of the ocean's scariest-looking species.  

A signature drink is included in the purchase of a ticket, your choice of a Witches Brew Margarita or an Ocean Blue Shark Attack.  

Get an up-close look at the striped spines of the venomous red lionfish, or the jagged smile of the stalking sand tiger shark, glowing moon jellies, and more. Explore the aquarium after dark to find discovery stations demystifying "scary" and "creepy" sea animals, and learn how these adaptations help them navigate survival in the natural habitats. 

We want to see your best Halloween attire! Costumes are encouraged with the following restrictions: no weapons (including fake/prop weapons), no inflatable costumes, no masks. 

Shark Reef Cafe will be open for additional beverage and food purchases during the event.
