Adam Rudolph Sunrise Trio

Composer, improviser, percussionist Adam Rudolph, hailed as “a pioneer in world music” by The NY Times, has released over 25 recordings and his ensembles include Adam Rudolph Moving Pictures and Go: Organic Orchestra, a large group for which he has developed his own music notation and conducting system. Rudolph has performed with Don Cherry, Pharaoh Sanders, Omar Sosa, and others, and has released 15 albums with improviser/composer Yusef Lateef. He sees his performances as being “in the service of greater spiritual and emotional expression.” The Sunrise Trio features Rudolph on handrumset, electronic processing, bamboo flutes, vocals, percussion & more; Kaoru Watanabe on Japanese percussion, electric koto, vocals, electronic processing & more;  and Alexis Marcelo on piano, electric keyboards, kalimba, melodica, &, percussion. $30/$20 Members. $15. Plus additional Ticketing Company Service Charge
