Step into the fascinating world of insects at our Insect Safari Evening, where science, nature, and curiosity come together in the garden. This educational event explores the incredible diversity of insects and their vital roles in ecosystems.
Guests can get an up-close look at live arthropods and learn how to identify common species found in local habitats. Interactive stations will cover topics like insect anatomy, metamorphosis, and the connections between plants and insects. 

Visit discovery stations and try your hand at being an entomologist. Learn how entomologists study arthropods by exploring a pit trap site, observing crepuscular pollinator gathering sites, searching for arachnids in the gardens, and more.

This event will occur rain or shine, so please prepared for the elements. It is highly recommended that you come prepared with sunscreen, insect repellent, and a water bottle. Space is limited; advanced ticket purchase online is required. No walk-ins, no refunds or transfers. Food will be available for purchase at this after hours event. 

Check-in will start at 5:15 pm and the doors will close at 7:30 pm.
