Halloween hums with mischief, and we’re keeping the spirit alive with a wicked twist on our classic Route 66 Speakeasy Tour. Slip into the Roaring Twenties, where secret passwords, hidden bars, and a dash of danger made every night an adventure.
Your journey winds through the city’s clandestine corners, uncovering speakeasies that blend vintage glamour with a hint of the macabre. Think jazz, classic cocktails, and low-lit lounges dressed in their darkly elegant best—perfect for those who like their history with a splash of mystery.
Each stop reveals its own secrets, from Prohibition-era tales of rebellion to the craft and charm of today’s hidden watering holes. Sip, savor, and soak in the atmosphere as we toast to the rule-breakers, the revelers, and those who know that sometimes the best parties happen behind closed doors.

Light food will be provided at several locations but please eat before this cocktail-heavy experience. Guests will have time to enjoy a drink at each stop.

Albuquerque’s best kept secret - Fat Frank’s is a hidden lounge serving up groovy craft cocktails, craft hot dogs, award winning sides, and all the vibes.
Founders Speakeasy
Hidden in EL Rey Liquors, Founders Speakeasy opened in 2019 in the Historic El Rey Theater. El Rey Theater was built in 1941. Founders specializes in innovative craft cocktails, extensive top shelf spirit list and knowledgeable friendly mixologists. To get the password follow us on Instagram @foundersabq, we post a different password each week. You can also visit us on foundersabq.com for the password. We are open everyday at 5pm.

- Departs from the Historic Old Town Plaza at Old Town Emporium (204 San Felipe St NW 87104).
- Tour lasts approximately 3.5-hours.
- This is not a handicap accessible tour. Please be prepared for tight stairs at one location and stairs to board/deboard the Trolley.
- Must be 21 years of age with valid ID to attend.
