We'll be bringing the local, booty-shakin, head-bobbin, funk face-inducing grooves late into the night for your post-ACL delight. One long set from each band until the fine folks at One-2-One pull the plug on the stage.

Mamafesta

Mamafesta is an original groove-rock outfit that was born in the fall of 2011 in Austin, Texas. The band consists of five diverse musicians with well-rooted friendships in music and in life including Lowell Carrico on guitar and lead vocals, Zack Morgan on keyboards and vocals, and Vince Seidl on guitar and vocals, Jose Gutierrez on drums, and Logan Dance on bass and vocals. Together these five talented musicians create a high-energy wave of sound that entices and evokes the spirit of the soul. Their sound brings meaningful lyrical messages and well-arranged tunes that have the freedom to go to a destination that the audience, atmosphere, and band all equally manifest together. Their debut album Creatures of Rhythm is out now on all platforms.

They'll be making their debut ACL Fest performance just hours after this late-night show -- noon @ Barton Springs stage, Saturday Wknd 2. 

A-Town GetDown

In a town celebrated for its rock and roll, country and alternative roots, the musical collective known as 'A-Town GetDown' stands out from the crowd in the 'Live Music Capital of the World' by offering a unique mix of original rock, R&B, sultry soul and a modern take on the classic funk sound. The band was formed in 2014 by a talented group of seasoned performers and friends with the simple goal of creating music that makes people want to dance. A-Town GetDown has created a loyal following by hosting carefully crafted events that include other great local artists and by playing dynamic set lists filled with fun music. ATGD has proven Austin isn't just weird, it's pretty funky too. Members Quincy Cooper, Casey Byars, Jordan Caulfield, Damon Garcia, Greg Goldsmith and John Taylor Voss have been lucky enough to share the stage with national touring acts and have played some of the most storied venues in the area.
