Ian Stuart is a stand up comedian and actor from Portland, Maine. Ian is known for his popular videos online as well as "Mark" in the popular webseries "Welcome to Maine". Ian is also know for his time on the TOS Mountain Morning Show. As a stand up comedian he is known for his vivid story telling, sharp one-liners and playful crowd work.

Butternut squash ravioli- Butternut squash ravioli tossed in a sage brown butter sauce with toasted pecans and shaved Parmesan. Served with garden salad and garlic bread
