Hunter will lead the group in a discussion about how to promote New Mexico as an inviting place for people to relocate for tech jobs, learn from other companies about their successes recruiting locally, how to write compelling job descriptions that avoid biased language, and more.
About The Speaker
Brooke Hunter is a leadership and strategy advisor, with a focus on creating healthy work cultures. Brooke has been working in leadership, technology policy, and the arts for over twenty years. She brings her experience as a fundraiser, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, business advisor and project manager to her consulting practice. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles and a BFA from Loyola University New Orleans.
