Marbin

In the workshop, Marbin is going to explore their process of improvising, composing, and arranging. From the way they use Solkattu (Indian Solfege) to enrich their rhythmical vocabulary, to the unique harmonic system they apply when improvising over various structures and styles.  

Marbin will also share their expertise in the field of music business and explain, with many fun stories and anecdotes, how they built a fusion band into a viable business over the course of a decade.

Marbin played over 2,000 shows in the last decade, released over 12 albums and has a substantial following on YouTube (over 54k followers), Facebook (over 300k likes) and Spotify (over 14k followers).

Marbin recorded and/or shared the stage with Allan Holdsworth, Dennis Chambers, Billy Corgan, Scott Henderson, Wayne Kranz, Paul Wertico, Antonio Sanchez, Steve Rodby, Tony Levin, Mike Clark, and many more.
