David Kistin is the program lead for Sandia National Laboratories, Center for Collaboration and Commercialization (C3). Located at the Lobo Rainforest Building in the center of Albuquerque’s Innovation District, C3 serves as a “front door” to Sandia. It is designed to strengthen partnerships, technology transfer and ties to the community. C3 is part of Sandia’s, Integrated Partnerships Organizations, and provides access to technology licensing information, no-cost technical assistance, economic development resources, and more.
Vanessa Valore, Chairman and CEO of SandboxLife®
Vanessa Valore, Chairman and CEO of SandboxLife® combines her educational background in architecture, technology and behavioral science with her passion for education, medical advancements/ self-improvement, HR/team building and more. SandboxLife® is a company that uses iconography and behavioral science to assist people in a game-like format both online and offline for several verticals as mentioned above.
Ms. Valore established Valore Ventures in Santa Fe, NM in 1996, and oversaw the work of design/build and branding for high-profile individuals and businesses. Ms. Valore was appointed chair of the Interior Design Board of New Mexico as well as a member of the Film Advisory Board and New Media, by Governor Bill Richardson. Vanessa is also on the board of Cybercourt Corp. She is a consultant for Learn to Learn, a company that focuses in Neuroscience and neuroplasticity, led by Dr. James Fadigan. She is a writer and guest lecturer on brand formation, entrepreneurship, and SandboxLife®. Valore moved the company to Los Angeles in 2003 and continued to work throughout the country. She moved the main office back to NM in 2015.
