Portraits of two beloved icons--Sholom Aleichem and Theodore Bikel--are woven together in this enchanting new documentary. The two men have much in common: wit, wisdom and talent, all shot through with deep humanity and Yiddishkeit.
Guest speaker, Aimee Ginsburg Bikel will join us before and after for her unique perspective. Hebrew University graduate, Aimee Ginsburg Bikel worked for Yedioth Ahronoth, Israel's daily newspaper, for 16 years as a correspondent to India. She is the founding director of the Theodore Bikel Legacy Project, and was married to Theo from 2013, until his death in 2015.
