Join chefs Cristian Pontiggia of Sassella, Martín Rios of Restaurant Martín, David Sellers of Horno and Jessica Brewer of Paloma as they match wine and food pairing-wits against our Sommelier team—Tim Gaiser, MS, Joe Spellman, MS, Gillian Balance, MS and Marika Vida-Arnold. Each of the four chefs chooses a wine to pair with their course as does one of the Sommeliers. Not knowing who picked which wine, it’s up to the guests to vote and decide on the best pairing for each of the four rounds.
