Acclaimed singer José Valencia holds the unique honor of winning not one, but three Giraldillo prizes, which no other flamenco artist has done. He won the Giraldillo prizes for Breakthrough Artist, Best Singer for Dance, and Best Singer. In this special appearance at Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque, Valencia takes the stage with fellow Giraldillo winner with Salvador Gutiérrez. A world-renowned guitarist, Gutiérrez has accompanied flamenco’s greatest singers of the last three decades and garnered a Latin Grammy nomination. Festival audiences will delight in this one-night-only concert.
