"Dark Tales of Old Albuquerque" by Cody Polston

Join us for an evening uncovering the shadowy past of Albuquerque's streets as local historian Cody Polston launches his compelling new book.

Beneath the vibrant culture of modern Albuquerque lies a darker history waiting to be told. Discover a time when the city's first red-light district thrived, public hangings drew crowds of onlookers, and treasure hunters searched for rumored riches under dusty streets. Learn about the mysterious Confederate cannons unearthed beneath a chile patch and the unmarked graves of soldiers from a forgotten occupation.

Polston masterfully reveals the fascinating and disturbing chapters of Albuquerque's past that history books often overlook.

Books will be available for purchase and signing.
