The MusicFest at Steamboat 2020 Pre-Reservation Sweepstakes

You must be an eligible room leader for The MusicFest at Steamboat 2019 and have completed the survey sent to you by Dickson Productions to pre-reserve for The MusicFest at Steamboat 2020. If you did not receive this payment link directly from info@dicksonproductions.com, DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT. If you are not eligible to pre-reserve and submit a deposit, you will not be refunded. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please call Dickson Productions at 512-295-3300 or email info@dicksonproductions.com prior to submitting payment. Only one deposit per room leader is necessary. 

The dates for The MusicFest at Steamboat 2020 are to be announced. 

Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a digital receipt within 24 hours to the email address you provided. All MusicFest 2020 Pre-Reservation Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions listed here, as well as the The MusicFest Tour Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") noted at www.TheMusicFest.com will apply. You will be emailed during the summer of 2019 with instructions to utilize your MusicFest 2020 pre-reservation. The email address you provided to Dickson Productions while making your 2019 reservation will be utilized as the sole point of contact for any and all information or communication. Changes must be submitted in writing to info@dicksonproductions.com and confirmation of any changes must be acknowledged in writing via email by Dickson Productions. Pre-reservation position will be on a first-come, first-served basis and determined by the order in which deposit payments are received.
