It’s a growing trend in Italy!  Introducing the apericana - a light, but satisfying dinner made of a variety of appetizers and a glass of wine.  Michela’s Bistro Apericena showcases the culinary artistry of boutique caterer, Michelle Michelotti Martinez.  Her delectable, scratch-made spuntini (small bites) await you in a traditional Italian bistro setting, complete with Italian wine bar.  Groove to Italian accordion melodies in an exceptional live performance by DickSteichen, whose credits include the Governor’s Ball and Santa Fe Opera fundraising events.  Take in the dazzling NDI New Mexico dance performance, followed by the festival’s multi-award-winning showcase film, Come un gatto in tangenziale  . . . all included with your ticket!
