Burlesque Classes with Poison Ivory

Learn the art of burlesque from Poison ivory, the 2016 Miss Exotic World/Queen Of Burlesque!

All classes will be taught at HQ, 60 South Broadway, Denver 80209

There is a small group class from 12pm - 1:30pm

Slow Down, Heat Up! Taking your burlesque act from embers to an inferno.    

Course Description: Created by Poison Ivory, Miss Exotic World 2016, this class is designed help participants take their slow burn acts to the next level. Teaching some her tried and true techniques, as well as a choreography portion to put those techniques into practice, participants will leave with a new found confidence to create the slow burn act of their dirtiest desires.
Whether you are new to the stage or a veteran or tease, if you are ready to ignite the hearts of your audiences with the slightest of gesture, but still want to make them wait for it, then this class is definitely for you.      

Course Objectives: Participants will learn tips and techniques on:
-How to keep your slow burns exciting. Slow burn does not mean low energy!
-How to make your act believable. Building the confidence to transform into the very temptress you want to portray.
-How to captivate your audience by making them the wait. Tips on the art of stillness, how to master it, or at least look like you have. 

 

Students should come prepared for notes, wear clothing to move in and bring a pair of gloves

 

 

There are also 2 opportunities for a private, one on one, lesson with Poison:

Time slot 1 is from 2pm - 4pm

Time slot 2 is from 5pm - 7pm

These sessions are catered to the individual!
