Experience the beautiful Northern New Mexico landscape and art work of Star York at her ranch studio followed by an al fresco four-course luncheon served by Chef Fernando Olea, chef/owner of Sazón. His “New World Cuisine” restaurant has been awarded AAA’s 4-Diamond Award and boasts one of the largest tequila and mezcal selections in the state. The first to introduce wines from the Baja, Valle de Guadalupe wine region to Santa Fe, Chef Olea is excited to introduce them to you by pairing these cutting-edge, world-class wines with each course.
