Join chef Shane Alexander of Quail Run, Joe Wrede of Joseph’s Culinary Pub and Chef Jon Mudder of Blonde Bear Tavern for an al fresco salmon roast and oyster fest featuring Willamette Valley Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir and Sparkling wines from the winemakers at Argyle, Beaux Freres, Belle Pente, Martin Woods and Sequitor.
